Thislivesett was recorded at the beautiful riverside of Main at Offenbach in Germany where theGleisbrettt Festival took place inside an old train wagon on24stt June 2023, directly afterJOIXX came back from his Japan Tour. It starts deep and melodic with some Japanese vocals and field recordings and evolves to a Deep Techno journey with lots of sound manipulations and some Didgeridoo parts.ARTIST BIO:
JOIXX is a passionate and versatile Techno Producer & Live Act Performer with focus on unusual sounds, groovy vibes and a mainly deep atmosphere. He has been making electronic music for over 25 years now and can look back to gigs at clubs and festivals in several parts of Germany, but also in other countries in Europe and Asia. His sound is deeply influenced by electronic music from Detroit, Berlin and Frankfurt and can mostly be described as Deep and Psychedelic Techno with phatbassliness, strangesoundscapess anddriftyy beats. He prefers to produce music with ananalogg modular system Doepferr A-100),analogg synthesizers, drum machines, didgeridoo and his voice. This combined with the absence of any bought sample libraries or presets, confronts the listener with an extraordinary, overwhelming and unusual interpretation of electronic music.
