Newly signed to Asta Hiroki’s Folded Music imprint, Bristol-based dance producer and VJ – A. Whales is an exciting prospect. His first single was released last week with an EP duenext month and another planned later this year. His productions draw influence from Ambient Breaks, Lofi House and Classic Dance music, all of which are referred to in this mix.
Both inherently danceable and cerebral his new EP heavily references computer coding language which he uses prolifically while producing his visual video artworks.
